MailServ is a World Wide Web forms interface
to some of the most popular mailing list servers.  Users
can subscribe, unsubscribe, and get information about
mailing lists.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:
    Perl5 and /usr/lib/sendmail (or another command-line mailer).

FEATURES INCLUDE:

        A generic engine with a config file for each type of
